Mr. Rui Lin Song serves as an Executive president of China Pharmaceutical Innovation and Research Development Association. Mr. Song serves as Executive Director of Chinese Pharmaceutical Association Pharmaceutical Policy Research Center, Chinese Pharmaceutical Association. He also serves as Executive Director of the China Chamber of International Commerce. Since 2011, Mr. Song has been an expert at the Capital Healthcare Policy Reform Expert Group. He is a Consultant at Efung Capital. Mr. Song has extensive experience in the research of the PRC healthcare and drugs laws and policies and was involved in the drafting and review of a number of the current PRC laws and regulations on healthcare and drugs. Mr. Song had served as Deputy Director of the science and education legal health system division by the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council, People’s Republic of China. From 1985 to 2007, Mr. Song served as deputy director, director and deputy head at the PRC State Council Legislative Office. Mr. Song served as deputy director of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association and executive director of the Research Centre for Drug Policies at the Association. He served as the chairman and executive editor of Chinese Journal of New Drugs. Mr. Song served as Deputy Director of the expert group on drug policy research by the Ministry of Health. From 1987 to 2006, he participated in China’s health legislation activities. He has been Non-Executive Director at Luye Pharma Group Ltd. since March 29, 2017. Mr. Song served as an Independent Director of Jointown Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. Mr. Song obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from China University of Political Science and Law in 1985 and a Master in Business Administration degree from China Europe International Business School in 2004.
