Mr. Ronald Yu, Esq. (余克偉) is a Board Member and a Founding Team member of IIPCC which became a WIPO Permanent Observer in 2016 and an Advisor and Partner to WIPO Green in 2017 and an advisor to WIPO ADR the year after. He started in Information Technology Industry before obtaining his JD and LLM.
Mr. Yu is also a U.S. Patent Agent, digital forensics examiner, holds patents, has published articles on online learning, digital forensics, intellectual property, information technology, copyright law and constitutional law and written blog posts, book chapters and books on Electronic Evidence, Patent Law, Intellectual Property for Business and 3D Printing, blockchain, the law and AI and started companies involved in technical writing, education, computer localization and technical public relations.
He has taught classes on:
- Intellectual Property Law in Information Technology
- Patent law
- Intellectual Property Strategy,
developed compliance training programs and lectured on IP valuation to the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department.
