Ms. Wen Zou is a partner at AnJie Law Firm and works in Shenzhen office. Before joining AnJie, Ms. Zou worked in Criminal Tribunal and Intellectual property Tribunal of Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court for more than ten years and handled hundreds of criminal cases and thousands of intellectual property cases. She participated in the trial of cases involving economic crimes such as smuggling, fraud, and illegal absorption of public funds, as well as white collar crimes including corruption and bribery. Ms. Zou was the presiding judge in various high-profile and difficult civil cases involving patent, trademark and antitrust issues and complicated criminal cases involving intellectual property matters. Also, she participated in the trial of various cases involving SEPs (standard-essential patents).
