Lam graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He obtained his LLB Degree from the University of London, and attended the Law College in England. He is a qualified lawyer in both Hong Kong, England and Wales.\u00a0 Mr. Lam is one of the founders of Hui &amp; Lam Solicitors LLP. He had experience working in an international law firm and multinational company.<\/p><p>Mr. Lam\u2019s areas of practice include M&amp;A, joint venture, PE funds formation, corporate restructuring and commercial legal services. \u00a0He has assisted clients successfully listed by IPO in Hong Kong and completed large scale acquisitions.
