After several years of studying, doing research and working in Shanghai, Taipei, D\u00fcsseldorf, Beijing, New York and Frankfurt he has been based in Hong Kong since 1999. Prof. Wolff specializes in Chinese and international business law, private international law and comparative law. His most recent work includes: <i>The Law of Cross-border Business Transactions \u2013 Concepts, Principles, Skills<\/i>, <i>2<sup>nd<\/sup> ed.<\/i> (2017); <i>Mergers &amp; Acquisitions in China \u2013 Law and Practice, 5<sup>th<\/sup> ed.<\/i> (2015); <i>From a \u2018Small Phrase with Big Ambitions\u2019 to a Powerful Driver of Contract Law Unification? \u2013 China\u2019s Belt and Road Initiative and the CISG<\/i> -, 34 (Part 1) <i>Journal of Contract Law<\/i> (2017), 50; <i>AI ant<\/i>e portas \u2013 the End of Comparative Law?, Vol. 7\/2 <i>The Chinese Journal of Comparative Law<\/i> (2019), 484; <i>The Relationship between Contract Law and Property Law<\/i>, Vol. 7\/3 <i>Common Law World Review<\/i> (2020), 31.
