His practice mainly focused on corporate and commercial law as well as on intellectual property and employment matters. He has an extensive experience in cross-border merger and acquisition, joint ventures and greenfield projects in relation to a variety of industries. Carlo has a solid and proved experience in advising and assisting, on an on-going basis, primary international and Chinese groups operating in various sectors, including equipment manufacturing, consumer goods, and logistics. Carlo lives and works in China since 2001.
