Ross P. Buckley is the KPMG Law – KWM Professor of Disruptive Innovation and an Australian Research Council Laureate Fellow at UNSW Sydney. His field is the regulation of FinTech. His work is among the most frequently downloaded legal research in the world from the Social Science Research Network. He has twice been a Fulbright Scholar, at Yale & Duke.

Ross Buckley is the KPMG Law — King & Wood Mallesons Professor of Disruptive Innovation, an Australian Research Council Laureate Fellow, and a Scientia Professor at UNSW Sydney. He currently leads a $2.7 million six-year research project into the regulation of the data revolution.

He has written or edited ten books, and written over 150 book chapters and articles. His joint research on FinTech and RegTech has been downloaded from the Social Science Research Network more often than that of any other scholar in the world.

He has consulted to banks, corporations and governments departments in 14 nations, including the U.S., and twice been a Fulbright Scholar, at Yale and Duke.
