He joined the HKMA in 2004 and was responsible for the supervision of banks\u2019 technology risk management and business continuity planning as well as the formulation of related policies and guidelines. He was the Deputy Chief Representative of the New York Office in 2010. After returning to Hong Kong in 2013, he took up responsibilities to supervise banks\u2019 operational risk management and perform macro-prudential data analysis.
