Brian is founding executive director of Law, Innovation, Technology and Entrepreneurship Lab (LITE Lab@HKU), a multi-award winning experiential and interdisciplinary programme at the University of Hong Kong Faculty of Law. As a globally recognized author, speaker and authority in fintech, regtech, lawtech and AI and Web 3.0 governance, Brian has authored chapters for Wiley\u2019s The FinTech Book, The RegTech Book, The AI Book and The LegalTech Book, is currently in the 10% of authors on SSRN by total new downloads within the last 12 months, and is a principal lecturer for the world\u2019s largest fintech online course with more than 120,000 learners worldwide on edX. Brian is also a board member of the Fintech Association of Hong Kong and co-chair of the Asia-Pacific Legal Innovation &amp; Technology Association.
