
Dr. Huang Hui is a Partner at Wanhuida Intellectual Property and a Member of the firm’s Management Committee. He holds a J.D. from the China Academy of Social Sciences and another from the University of Strasbourg in France. Dr. Huang is concurrently the Council member of China Intellectual Property Society, Vice Chairman of Beijing Justra Intellectual Property Center, chair professor at Jinan University and a member of the 4th National Intellectual Property Advisory Committee. He is one of the National Intellectual Property Leading Individual selected by the then State Intellectual Property Office, predecessor of the China National Intellectual Property Administration. As a widely acknowledged veteran in trademark theoretical research and practice, Dr. Huang authors a slew of publications including the “Legal Protection of Well-Known and Famous Marks” and “Trademark Law” and translates the Legislative Part of the “Intellectual Property Code of France”, among others.
