Daniel Chen is licensed PRC patent attorney. He graduated from Fudan University and the University of Hong Kong respectively. He worked for several years with a leading IP firm originated from UK. After that, he worked as a patent attorney with a well-known international law firm, then an IP in-house with a multinational company headquartered in HK. He has reasonable knowledge and experiences in UK, Europe and US patent law. Daniel is strong in drafting application documents in both chemistry and engineering and handling substantive examination, reexamination and invalidation cases. He is a member of All-China Patent Attorneys Association. Daniel is now a partner of HKPTA.
