Freeman is an Assistant Solicitor in our Corporate and Commercial Practice Department and is familiar with both Hong Kong and Chinese law. Freeman has experience acting for clients in wide range of transactions including share transfer of private companies, conducting due diligence against target companies, advising on Hong Kong listing rules and other compliance-related issues. Freeman also assists in other practice areas of the firm, including assisting various commercial and civil litigation matters, advising on reciprocal enforcement of judgements between PRC and Hong Kong and advising on probate applications.
