Johnny has a Master’s degree in Software Systems Engineering from the University of London and a Juris Doctor degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He specializes in M&A, equity investment, corporate finance, etc. He has been involved in a number of US IPOs, cross-border M&A, and private equity fund projects in Hong Kong, and has also provided annual legal advisory and director’s training services for a number of listed companies.
