Mr. Leo Zengjian LIU is a senior partner and patent attorney at Macao Victory Group International. He has over 21 years of experience in intellectual property law with a focus on patent prosecution, litigation, mediation, and consulting.
Mr. Liu’s expertise includes domestic and foreign intellectual property systems, intellectual property protection for e-commerce and exhibitions, alternative dispute resolution for intellectual property disputes, freedom-to-operate analyses, patent invalidation, administrative mediation, and infringement litigation.
Mr. Liu currently serves as an Expert in the Guangdong Intellectual Property Expert Pool, an Invited Mediator of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Intellectual Property Mediation Center, Vice Chairman of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Innovation and Invention Association, Director of the Macao Intellectual Property Research Association/Macao Trademark Association, and an Expert in the Guangdong Intellectual Property Protection Association Expert Pool.
Appointed by the Guangdong Provincial Market Supervision Administration, Mr. Liu serves as an intellectual property expert for major exhibitions including the China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair), Dental South China International Expo, Prolight + Sound Guangzhou, and China.
