Mr. Yan, Sheng is the Founder and CEO of PAIF-Lungtin, a China based innovation service provider specialized in IP strategy, patent development, litigation risk analysis/risk mitigation, and IP monetization. On technology side, PAIF is strong in global inventor and solution network that is available to meet corporate’s R&D needs. PAIF has an unique business model that every business we engage are intend to bring more capital to our clients whether it is equity, debt or IPOs. PAIF’s self-developed and patented digital evaluation system has become a popular SaaS tool across county that can assist government on its effort attracting business to their domiciles and to corporate to test its ability and quantified shortfall re IPO, miniature giant company and 20 more specified targets or objectives.
Prior to join Intellectual Ventures in late 2008, Mr. Yan had a long and distinguished career in banking and finance working at various global institutions including AIG Financial Products as its Managing Director and Head of China, BankBoston as Managing Director and Hong Kong Branch Manager, Lehman Brothers as Senior Vice President, and Bank of China in various senior positions. Altogether, Mr. Yan has had over 35-year experiences in finance and technology, of which 25 years in overseas.
Mr. Yan was featured at China’s first innovation TV show CCTV <Invention Dream Factory> as a Mentor in 2013 and a on-site Commentator in 2014. Mr. Yan is also a regular speaker at many high profile conferences throughout China and Hong Kong.
