Mr. Liu Xiaoming has been a practicing lawyer over 26 years with experiences in a large number of non-litigation and litigation cases. He has published books including A Research on Rational Market Economy and Protection of Chinese Private Capital(Lawpress China), Commercial Contract Risk and the Prevention(Lawpress China), and Guidelines for Civil Litigation(Lawpress China). He has also published dozens of academic legal articles on journals including Xinhua Digest, Jurisprudence Digest(periodical literatures reprinted by China People’s University), Commercial Law, Study and Exploration, and Academic Exchange.
He is mainly engaged in legal practice and research in the field of corporate, securities and commercial litigation, domestic/foreign investment M&A, and has accumulated rich legal practice experience, especially in providing legal services for domestic/foreign enterprises, large projects of energy, investment and construction. He has long studied the corporate governance structure of state-owned and private enterprises, the legal status and protection of private capital, and has served as legal advisor and independent director of dozens of central enterprises, listed companies and foreign companies.
