Amanda obtained her Master degree in Mechanical Engineering from HKU. Prior to joining a local renowned law firm, she was an assistant engineer in a multinational engineering consulting company. Then She has been working as a PRC patent agent in the law firm for five years. In 2020, she changed her role to an IPR in a high-tech company in Shenzhen, where her in-house IP professional skills has improved enormously. Now she is a patent manager in a multinational company headquartered in Hong Kong. Her work scope includes in-house patent portfolio management, patent risk management (FTO) and other patent routine work.
