
Ms. Zhang has engaged in IP field since 2003 and ever worked in Zhongzi Law Firm and Unitalen. Starting with foreign related patent prosecution, Ms. Zhang has extended her professional spectrum to cover litigation and commercial matters, after practice of several thousand patent applications. Ms. Zhang’s practice was very diversified, covering patents, trade secrets, copyrights, prosecution, litigation, transactions and various advisory work for clients of varying profiles in terms of size, culture and industry, including American Fortune 500 companies.
Ms. Zhang is an expert of the Intellectual Property Working Committee of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation(CPCIF), and a part-time tutor of China University of Political Science and Law.
