Mr. Johnson LAM – President, AIIPS; Partner, Hui & Lam LLP
Mr. Johnson Lam was graduated from the University of Hong Kong and was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong SAR in 2005.
Mr. Lam specialized in the intellectual property laws. His areas of practice include the registration of trade marks, domain names, designs and patent; trade mark opposition, revocation, restoration and rectification proceedings; handling domain name disputes; enforcement actions relating to anti-counterfeiting and custom actions; assignment and licensing of intellectual property rights etc.
Mr. Lam has also completed a Master of Laws (China Laws) co-hosted by the City University of Hong Kong and the Remin University of China.
Mr. Lam frequently gave talks in relation to IP laws in Hong Kong and China, such as The Law Society of Hong Kong delegation to Chongqing in 2012 and M2013-2015 Asia Adult Expo.
