Mr. Timothy LAM – HK/Australia Solicitor, Partner, Hui & Lam LLP
Timothy is a partner of the Corporate & Commercial department at Hui & Lam LLP. He is admitted as a lawyer in both Australia and Hong Kong and routinely assists clients in both jurisdictions.
He has over 15 years of experience in corporate and commercial law with a particular interest in emerging intellectual property law and how it affects practical commercial practice.
He first obtained his law degree in 2006 in Sydney, Australia. Thereafter, he obtained a Master of Laws (in Corporate and Commercial Law) in 2008 and a Master of Industrial Property (specializing in trademark and patent law) in 2010.
Timothy is currently assisting a number of corporate clients intending to IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and other international exchanges.
