Mr. Carlo GEREMIA – Senior Counsel
Carlo is a Senior Counsel of ADVANT Nctm in Shanghai. His practice mainly focused on corporate and commercial law as well as on intellectual property and employment matters. He has an extensive experience in cross-border merger and acquisition, joint ventures and greenfield projects in relation to a variety of industries. Carlo has a solid and proved experience in advising and assisting, on an on-going basis, primary international and Chinese groups operating in various sectors, including equipment manufacturing, consumer goods, and logistics. Carlo lives and works in China since 2001. He is a fluent Mandarin speaker.
