Mr. Leo LUO – Founder and Managing Director, Hangzhou Angine BioTech
Founder and Managing Director of Hangzhou Angine Biotech Co.,Ltd and China “Pharma and MedTech BD Alliance” & Innovation Center. Leo has 23 years of experiences of the international business development in the pharmaceutical industry, and as the project leader he once managed more than 10 global transaction deals with the models of IP license-in, JV, distribution rights granting as well as overseas investment. Before founding Angine, Leo once was the Global Head and Director of International Business Development of two Pharmaceutical public companies in China, as well as the head of Academic Exchange as well as International Affairs during the 1st Global Health Forum (GHF) of Boao Forum for Asia in 2019. Besides the position in Angine, Leo also serves as Executive Director of Internationalization Working Committee of China Pharmaceutical Enterprise Association (CPEA). Leo graduated from Peking University and obtained the Master Degree (M.E) of Pharmaceutical Engineering.
