The Faculty of Law at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and the Dickson Poon School of Law at King’s College London (KCL) and will jointly host the CUHK–KCL Annual Conference on Tax, Trade, and Investment Law on 10-11 September 2026 (Thursday–Friday) at CUHK in Hong Kong to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the CUHK LAW.
This two-day conference will bring together leading scholars and experts from around the world to reflect on how international tax, trade, and investment law respond to current geopolitical uncertainty, fiscal and distributional challenges, and emerging regulatory developments. The conference will feature both policy panels and academic paper presentations.
